1. Punctuality:

The student is expected to be punctual to class and in extra curricular activities.

2. Communication:

The student is encouraged to report to the organization any suggestions or difficulties encountered.

3. Respect:

It is the responsibility of the student to respect the surrounding environment.
Must show respect to people and the local traditions.

4. Accommodation:

The student is expected to maintain a clean and orderly room.
Must observe silence during the night and all the hours of the afternoon.

5. Emotional Well-Being:

Even in the difficult times, the student is encouraged to keep a positive attitude.

6. Prohibitions:

It is strictly prohibited to re-enter in the rooms assigned are accompanied by persons not belonging to the school.
Smoking and/or ingest alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the facilities of the school.

7. Use of the Accommodation:

The accommodations are offered to the student only to ensure the participation in the course.
Can only be used to ensure the participation to the activities to which the student is enrolled.

8. Keys and Locks:

At the time of check-in, the student will receive a key to your shared room and to the entrance gate/door.
In case of loss, the student is responsible for the cost of replacement of the locks and/or any copy.

9. Silence:

The student must maintain silence during the scheduled hours: 14.00-16.00 and 23.30 07.00.

10. Kitchen Kit and Residential:

Students will have access to a kitchen with a stove, a refrigerator, and a Kit residential.
Possible maintenance are the responsibility of the students and guests of the accommodation.
It is not provided for the supply of consumer goods such as soaps, toilet paper, detergents, etc.,

11. Responsibility regarding the Accommodation at the disposal of the studentii:

Students are responsible for the care of the order and the cleanliness of the rooms assigned to him.

12. Communications:

Students must use a specific number that will be provided to you upon arrival, to send all the requests to the organization of the school. All the communications of the organization will be managed exclusively through a group on WhatsApp, to which the students will be added when they arrive at the school.

13. Security Deposit:

At the time of the arrival, a deposit of €20, which is returned at the end of the course.
Any damage caused by the students will be assessed and deducted from the deposit.

14. Controls and Access:

The staff of the School has the right to enter in the student housing prior to communication with appropriate notice.
Reserves the right to carry out audits incidental to verify compliance with the regulation.

15. Secretariat:

For any information, the secretariat receives from Monday to Friday, from 08.30 to 13.30. Compliance with these rules is essential to ensure a positive experience and constructive during your stay in the student residence.
